Me in a nutshell.
I was born and grew up in Worcester England, at my parent's house on the banks of the river Severn. It was a great place to play and row up and down the river.
I now live and work in East Sussex England as a senior karate instructor with CMA Karate, one of the south's most respected karate associations.
In my spare time produce resin and wood tables along with other wood related products and have written some children's books promoting animal welfare. The books are based on one of my rescued dogs and her life.
My Books
The first book in this series is The Tale of Quita the Rescued Dog. It was written after adopting our dog Quita from a dreadful life in Cyprus.
The second book in the trilogy, Quita and the Giant, Silver Seagull, continues Quita's story and is about Quita's life with us was published in 2017.
The final book, Quita's Cohort was published in 2018.
Quita's Cohort focuses on the mischief she gets up to with her friends and accomplices.
All profits from her books are donated to the charity who brought Quita (and subsequently her brother Quinn) into our lives.
Sarah and CMA Karate
The art of karate is a challenge and at CMA Karate we meet that challenge through our unique and extensive program.
The physical aspects of karate promote fitness, health, build character and sportsmanship whilst challenging the mind to focus on the core values of respect, discipline, honesty and integrity.
